At CWM Aggregates Ltd, we operate a fully licensed waste transfer station (Environmental Permit CP3492HF) at our yard in Fair Oak, between Eastleigh and Bishop’s Waltham. The site is purpose-built to handle large volumes of hardcore, inert soils and clean excavation waste, giving tradespeople, contractors and domestic customers a reliable, compliant and cost-effective place to tip across Southampton, Eastleigh and the wider Hampshire area.

Our site is at 1 Knowle Lane, Fair Oak, Southampton SO50 7RE, with clear signage, wide access points and turning space. We’re open Monday to Friday 7:30am–5pm and Saturday 8am–12pm (closed Sundays). We’re a separate site from the council’s household recycling centre on the same road, so check where to take construction waste in Fair Oak if you’re unsure which one you need. Whether you’re disposing of one small load or several tonnes a day, we offer a quick, smooth and efficient service.

Yes. The site is open to trade customers and the general public alike, from contractors tipping several loads a day to homeowners bringing a single trailer of garden or renovation waste.
Most customers can simply turn up during opening hours. If you have a large load or multiple loads, call ahead on 023 8069 6482 so we can make sure there’s space and speed up your tipping.
