George is committed to taking the business forward, particularly in the areas of recycling and sustainability. He is also passionate about business and is always seeking ways to improve and expand.

He also oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Lee has been with CWM for eight years, having worked many years in aggregates previously. As an early-morning person he thrives on setting up for clients to arrive at 7:30am, and overseeing the day-to-day running of the site. Lee is usually the first team member customers see on the site and he enjoys building relationships with new faces and working with the many long-term loyal customers.
