A limestone/granite/ragstone sub-base ranging from 0-32mm.
Approximately 2.2 tonnes per m³.
Suitable Applications
| Creates a compacted, load bearing, non-permeable sub-base |
| Car parks, driveways, roads, pathways |
| Typically used as a strong base prior to a top coating of concrete, asphalt or block paving |

| Do not confuse this aggregate with other materials such as road planings, scalpings or type 2 |
| Interlocks when compacted to provide good load-bearing capabilities |
| If not treated with water, the material will not compact effectively |
